Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if:
- The product is damaged at the time of delivery
- The product is defective
- The incorrect product was delivered
Return requests will not be accepted for reasons such as change of mind or “no longer needed”.
For example, if your order is delivered on 1st December, the return request must be initiated by 8th December.
Condition of Returned Items
All returned items must be in their original condition, including:
- Unused and unworn condition
- Original packaging, seals, and tags intact
- All accessories, manuals, and warranty cards included
All returns are subject to a quality check. If an item is returned in unacceptable condition, DDOT reserves the right to reject the return and send the item back to the customer.
Order Cancellation

If the order has already been dispatched or delivered, cancellation can be done by refusing to accept the parcel at the time of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

Unapproved Returns
